Competitive pay, nice people, good 401k plan

We've never been asked about what we would prefer about returning to the office. We're repeatedly told the last 2 years have been the most successful years Sentry has ever had, and then management turns around and says in-office culture plays a vital role in Sentry's success, which is obviously not the case. Many associates would prefer to stay at home, or at least have more flexibility. There's increased tension among associates regarding this issue, and it's being ignored.

However, we recognize the benefits of working from home and don’t want to abandon in entirely, which is why we decided to move to a hybrid model, where associates can work at home and in the office.
