Good 401K Pay is good for area Experience not needed

Kontras

WORKLOAD - I would get 15 claims in a day. This is not possible to work. I was told to come in on the weekends. They do not pay OT.

As for your comments regarding workload, the Rapid Resolution role can be an active, but rewarding, position. The skills associates gain in the Rapid Resolution role serve as the foundation for promotional opportunities and a successful career in Automobile Claims Liability and Litigation. Since the Rapid Resolution role is viewed as an entry-level position in the Claims profession, it’s overtime-eligible, and overtime is paid for qualifying time worked. Multiple office locations across the country Hybrid system for those that like to be in office

Kontras

Poor communication Low pay compared to other industry positions Software is old and outdated Positions that are typically salary are hourly based Most "surveys" to gauge employee sentiment are constructed in such a way that no negative feedback can be left Hybrid or in office is required, no option for full remote If you happen to be full remote, there is no upward mobility possible for you, period. Excessive workload Not very good benefits
