Pros

There's job security, generous PTO, and Good incentives when you reach the 5 year mark.

Kontras

There's a lot of micromanagement, silly metrics centered around "engaging with your coworkers" that could actually impact your pay, and extremely high call volumes. The pay range didn't justify the time spent when you realize new hires start at a pay rate that the people who onboarded before 2016 had to work years to reach.

Pros

Used to be a lot of pros. Can’t think of any now.

Kontras

Bad managerial practices, bloated processes, some toxic employee and incompetent managers who don’t know what they are doing. Everyone in this company is either looking for another job or don’t even have the capabilities to jump. It’s a dead sea.
