The software manager is a serious problem for the company. The manager prefers to work alone, and doesn’t share any information to the members, even block all the technical resources from headquarters to keep power on his hand. Instead of leading the team to improve, he used to gossip in the office and create disputes. These behaviors prevent the team from progressing. For a small company which only around 10 people, there is no personnel evaluation system, it’s extremely difficult to work with him, many valuable employees lost.
