Need better management in the field. Sr team is fine but field level leaves much to be desired - even after telling everyone managers would be following up and if not let sr team know, have not heard from my "Manager" in months. Never answers phone and reported it to Sr. management. They followed up and nothing since. Alot has to do with new offerings and time needed to launch them so I am being patient as new product launch is important. Its on me to make 99% of it to happen, just would like a little support in the field.
Current economic situation had affected my clients and potential clients far more than expected. 15 clients are closing their doors for good - seasonal area and 3 years in a row they got hit with something bad, this year being the worst. Still a ton of business opportunity and new offerings to help that but timing is bad - these guys are strugging just to stay in business.
