Sort the reviews here and focus on the negative ones. THEY ARE TRUE. I didn’t pay attention and accepted an offer despite glaring red flags throughout the interview process and during my time at Sendoso. I was part of a bigger layoff, but they did me a favor. This was a company built on bullying tactics. Because I dismissed warning signs, I walked into a land mine + toxicity and unprofessionalism beyond belief. A company’s culture is only as good as the worst behavior they are willing to accept. What was deemed acceptable at Sendoso is shocking. I can’t believe there hasn’t been a class action lawsuit against this company and their leadership. I witnessed people brought to tears, gaslit. I heard co-workers speaking badly about one another behind each other’s backs, only to turn around and see them sharing fake positivity on LinkedIn about how much they love/appreciate their teams. When an interviewer tells you they are only at Sendoso “for the money, hoping for IPO”….RUN. When the hiring manager can’t intelligently articulate what they are hiring for, and has no onboarding plan (and is MIA for most of your first week)…RUN. When you are belittled and intimidated into firing colleagues without rhyme or reason…RUN. This isn’t about product (which is fine, maybe?), or revenue (which doesn’t seem to be healthy considering constant layoffs), but CULTURE. What they portray externally is not aligned to what is happening internally. If you don’t care about any of that, and are still considering a job on this sinking ship, then consider: no 401k match, abysmally tiny salary compared to their competitors, no bonus, made-up equity (worth nothing), low tech (laptop was delivered to me at the end of my first workday; it was three days late with zero communication from HR.) covered in dirt and grime. They didn’t even bother disinfecting it before sending it to me for use. “Great” onboarding experience. Top notch. Not.
