The core products that Sencore engineers and manufactures are generally amazing and very durable, long lasting products. Much of their portfolio is based on partnered product - and those products are also great products. The current issue is that wholly owned products are dying on the vine... quickly. Partnered products can easily disappear (1 such product which represents huge revenue) will be pulled soon from partnership. This is a scary situation. Some Senior managers are great people, but most of the truly talented and inspiring leaders have left. There are very few solid managers left. Unhappiness is spreading and the future is highly questionable...

Biggest issue is Management. CEO is a great person, COO is an amazing manager. Engineering and Support are well managed by great people. Sales and Marketing Management team is terrible. Sales Team is falling apart as a result, and as with most technology companies, Sales is the engine of the company. Bad decisions to the left, bad decisions to the right, micro-management as a result and the exodus has started... again.
