All employees built a close ties with each other. It became a second family to me. Everyone is very accommodating and very united. In terms of schedule, no problem is encountered. Their salary also is fair.

Paying of government mandated benefits is not on time. and a lot are missing and not remitted to the government agencies. There are no HMO and a time came that our salary will be given in percentage as low as 6%. Higher management are not communicating with the employees regarding with what happened and when will the full salary will be released.
