Lots of autonomy to do what was needed. Pays well but not brilliantly, but they make you feel valued in other ways. Some really smart and well informed people in management and projects Big plus - the company has embraced a culture of ethics, though full transparency is maybe a little further away. Genuine collaborative and consensus building environment , but see mote under cons about the limitations of this

Too many meetings - sometimes I felt that we were having meetings just to discuss what would be discussed at the next meeting. Limited upward mobility Consensus driven approach sometimes felt like everyone from the janitor upwards wanted to be involved in the decision but no one wanted to take the responsibility of making the decision
