However, depending upon performance and interest areas, we are given the freedom to explore. - The periodic reviews and morning stand-ups are very helpful. I have been working with them part time for 2 years now, and have had the absolute best time working with them. Unlike other content projects I have done in the past, the founders and the people I coordinate with on the team are very well-versed in their subject and have always given me great insights to frame my content pieces well. Have worked on a variety of clients - right from automobile to technical writing with them, which my engineering background helped me with. The payments have always been made on time, and there have been no problems of miscommunication. The management and team are very friendly and down to earth, which makes it easier to convey and solve any problems I have. They treat me like an extended family member and I have had the opportunity to hang out with them personally, as well. The founder is a gem of a person and has a great clarity of vision. I like their bootstrapped approach to running the business. Has helped the projects going even during the pandemic crisis.
