Pros
Can work from home, schedule can be flexible. Culture in each team is good.
Kontras
Don't expect to grow a career in operations. The starting pay isn't competitive, I'd say similar to retail. PTO is also not good. Basically no chances to move up to a better role. There's no one person in charge of training, so the training and materials are inconsistent. You also don't learn about seo itself but how to do tasks, so you have know idea why you're doing most of what you're doing. They claim to care about culture which just means they send out a survey that does nothing to actually address culture issues. Honestly just massive communication issues throughout the company. Really there's just a huge disconnect between upper management and operations. They say we help make changes and stuff, but they usually get their way or introduce policies without talking to the company first. Sometimes they seem more worried about quoting tribal leadership than actually helping anyone and office politics get in the way of improving the company. I like my coworkers but unfortunately can't recommend working here.
