Poor leadership - barley any communication and the direction and strategy constantly changes so things feel unorganized and poorly executed CEO is not good client facing and client relationships have been ruined because of this, as well as other leadership who fail to respond to client requests or needs, easily allowing clients to go with other vendors - many business opportunities hurt due to this No internal support - team pretty much has to figure everything out on their own and then gets their hand slapped for not getting things approved. No organization, no structure, toxic work environment. No incentives, bonuses or team moral. Pretty much work your butt off for nothing
