1. The biggest con/con-artist is at the top. Leadership is by fear and they will throw you under the bus if you do not follow the CEO. It truly doesn't matter which department you are in or the skills you bring to the table. CEO doesn't care to hear strategy on how to fix broken teams or systems, and does not welcome ideas on how to keep the business growing and relevant. If you speak-up, ask for something you need, or offer solutions that don't meet his agenda, you will be fired. My most solid advice - if you take a job here, keep your head down, keep quiet, don't speak-up in meetings and just smile and nod.
2. Be careful who you talk to (especially the kool-aid drinkers that have been there 5+ years - there's only a couple, so you'll immediately know who they are).
3. Pay is abysmal and the office is in North Andover which can be a trek depending on where you live.
4. The organization is not run like any AdTech company I've ever seen. Sales folks are made to fend for themselves and there are zero resources on hand.
5. You will be hired with written expectations (also known as alternative facts) and be told a few weeks in that your expectations are something completely different.
6. The CEO changes direction on product, goals, revenue expectations, etc., on a whim.
7. The other reviews on here are correct that the overall culture is one of fear. You're constantly looking over your shoulder and walking on eggshells and wondering who will be next to go.
8. The rumor-mill comes from the top-down and is absolutely deplorable.
