I was able to acquire my accident and health license in several states. The pay and bonus paid during training was ok.

The leads were bad. They said "there is no such as a bad lead during training" but trust me,there is. Constantly received leads from people who were enrolled in plans days, if not hours before. Many clients were not of sound mind to make decisions about their healthcare. They did not keep track of your sales. Many, myself included received less than what we should have. The software used was glitchy. You are on camera all day. Definitely difficult to get through to HR as they hire way too many employees at the same time. Also the pay rate drops after training.
