A Growing Startup filled w/ Amazing People - Sales bei SelectFew: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I don't quite understand some of these reviews, SelectFew is filled with awesome smart people and the team has done its best, from what i've seen, through a tough market. They treat people right.

Being in the middle of late paying clients and experts can be tough, but i'm confident they'll get it figured out

I cant give one positive review about this company outside of Alyssa being really nice.

They don’t pay on time. I understand net 30 but we are talking about 45 to 50 days later after the 30 days of free labor you do. You can try to set real expectations with clients and they want you to go above and beyond. Zach the founder of the company literally told me he won’t pay me because I had a poor performance with one of their clients that I had worked with for 5 months. Zach that makes no sense because I’ve been getting paid late for the last 4 months and the client loved my performance. Also if I’m not mistaken it’s illegal to not pay someone for work they’ve already completed because you didn’t like their performance. I mean nobody should work with these people. Incredibly shady.
