Revolving Door/Managment Needs Help - Service Coordinator bei Select Security: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Because its a growing company they keep loading more and more work on all departments across the board but can't hire additional workers. Unfortunately I worked in SVC Coordination and the people in that department were a revolving door. Mgt. in Svc Coordination had a negative impact on employees; their was constant micro managing and writes ups. So many nice people left because of this and the constant tension that we felt at all times.
