Speech about Human but not really true in fact .. If you make starters - Benefits and money - you are the part of the family but if you don’t... they will always refuse to take your opinion or your point of view ... Lot of old vision on field... Not really open to change ... Even if you propose ... you’re not welcome... Lot of cronyism between HR and some agencies ... very easily to note it ( the various incentives, lunch and drinks easily granteed for the same ! ) The worst : internal pictures of Head Office - they lunch - little party - Drinks - During working hours ... and ah the same Time you try to work hard for paying this !
