Fellow sales consultants are a nice bunch to work with and the office is nice.

1. Misleading salary, you are meant to have a basic salary but it's cancelled once you earn a certain amount of commission. 2. Confusing KPIs that seem to keep changing, every change has resulted in us earning less money due to unrealistic targets for the current market. 3. Addition of new MD and CCO has resulted in Business changes that doesn't benefit the staff at all. 4. Managers treat staff like school children as these people are all ex dealership and don't know how management works in the modern world. 5. Fully smart uniform, but you are never customer facing. 6. You will work a Saturday or BH and not get a day in lieu. 7. WFH should be an option, not a privelege.
