      Pagos a tiempo y rectitud en el manejo de sus negocios, Conocen muy bien la gestión de licitaciones. Sus fundadores son excelentes seres humanos.

      Rigidez, burocracia, poca innovación, bajos salarios, pocos beneficios. A pesar de estar en el campo de TI en muchos aspectos y procesos no se evidencia el desarrollo e innovación.

      Employees are easy to get along with

      Company doesn't pay suppliers bills on time, bad credit. Factory in china loses 35% or more annually. Poor quality due to new employees not being trained properly. Management are German investors who cut to the bone getting ready to sell and make a profit. Lost more than half it's revenues/customers in the last 12-18 months. Employees are forced to "stretch the truth" to customers. Poor employee moral - all afraid of the next cuts.
