Within a span of 18 years, SecureTech has grown from 2 to 500+ employees, made possible by the pragmatic vision of the Senior Management as well as dedication and loyalty of hardworking and determined employees. The Management has never fell short to appreciate the hard work and have recognized those who were with the company during all the times, whether be good or bad. The negative reviews here are just a proof that it was always the right people who were let go off or fired from this company. The company has well established processes wherein employees can share their vision and opinion, which these reviewers have not utilized. Seems the reviewers forget that Anonymity on such a platform is no shorter than cowardness
