-Pay is not close to competitive in the county, never mind the industry. -Overworked and underpaid. The learning curve is steep, yet they have zero information on what employees should be doing and they are non responsive to questions asked about the job. Its annoying to managers that new employees know nothing, and also annoying for them to train them in the system. -No structure for internal growth. No structure for any growth at all. -Clients are usually unhappy because of the lack of structure or communication with them. -Zero internal communication whatsoever. Getting any information is almost like a burden for management to pass down. -Zero external communication as well. I worked for a client of theirs for sometime and it's the same song and dance. When you can get any information, its usually late or wrong. -Constantly talked down to in meetings and are laughed at for asking questions or making suggestions. Again, they say you know nothing, but won't teach anything to those willing to learn. -Unorganized and chaotic mess. The cabling team is terrible, the help desk is poorly ran, when a technician can come onsite, they're lost or always on the phone with a technician at the office. Just send out the techs that can do the job or train the ones willing to work.
