Learning. Work life balance. Supportive managers. Good scope for learning(you won't get it in any company). Leave policy is good. You'll get compensatory off for the extended hours of work you did. I left for better salary but now I feel regret regarding learning.

Some times you need to extend work due to down time activities. Hikes depends on project. Team outing kind of activities not there.
