-offered a lot of room for thesis research during the internship -very flexible and accommodating & understanding whenever personal issues came up -great team atmosphere and collaboration -bonus: being able to execute mystery shopping assignments yourself (free hair cuts, food etc) -value your opinion and input on things: flat company culture

-not the highest internship salary but given the other positive points not that big of a deal
