This place really is the best of both worlds: You can work remotely when it suits you, but they also have fantastic offices! Secret Source is co-located at The House, a super cool co-working in a great area. The House is full of interesting digital nomads from all over the worlds, and every week there are plenty of events to keep you busy. I love the team at Secret Source. But equally, when I need a bit of peace and quite I work from home. And they really are all for flexible working. You can work around your personal schedule.

Nothing really. This place is awesome! Maybe a sophisticated coffee machine for the lower floor kitchen? I´m too lazy to walk up the stairs to the main kitchen sometimes. Although it is probably best for my health :)

A true prioritisation of the happiness of their workers. I am still in awe at how central this is to everything that the company does. Complete flexibility in working hours. A committment to developing all of their employees. A great team atmosphere. An inspirational set of leaders at the top of the company. Many perks like incredible breakfasts, training budget, a stunning office with sun loungers on the roof. A choice between a selection of additional perks (medical insurance, gym membership, yoga, social club memberships)
