None Very Racist Organization : White male Leadership with Bachelor of Arts leading the organization of Master level and above staff.

Kontras

Entirely white Board of Directors, Leadership and staff in high level positions. Only hire minorities in lowest level admin positions. Elitist environment with programs that have under performed for so long that the City of Seattle has diminished their funding by 2 Million dollars in the last 5 years. This organization takes 1 million dollars for a single program to help 37 people retain a job for 90 days. So many Directors that are combative to the Director that they cannot keep an Executive in the ED position. Non compliance in so many Grants that agencies no longer care to fund them.
