There are none, the company is very top heavy and every one fears the manager above them. Ive never worked at a place like that where its pretty much always being on call for when corporates coming in.

Pay, the way the store is managed, employees who are just going through the motions, random company instated programs that waste time and money and are never seen through, lack of respect, fearing every day that you could lose your job if you dont sell all the right accessories.
