Pros
It was a minimum wage job, but allowed for a bonus of $2 per application when you were able to convince them to apply for a Sears Card. The management was very supportive that pushed for personal improvement. Although it's not the same at every store my experience was pleasant.

Some of the upper level management could barely complete a simple transaction and showed little concern for those not directly under them.
