Be prepared to learn how to bully, twist and force people into something the don’t need but then be let go for doing just that or worse just be let go because the Higher Management (barred from directorship technically) is having a bad day. You will also be penalised for not winning enough calls but also penalised for not cancelling enough so don’t think you can win. This isn’t to mention the horrific violations of most of GDPR and other customer protective laws and regulations, which managers intentionally ignore and try to cover up.
