Pune (HO)office staff is extremely unprofessional. They are acquiring companies without paying attention to the employees in that company. HR paints a rosy picture which is far from reality. Favouritism is rampant. There are ego issues between HO and other locations as HO staff thinks they r better than anyone. If you do as people in HO say you are safe. They tell you to do things your way and when you do so they will question ur work even if achieving results.
