I joined Scrumconnect recently and my experience has been very positive. The team is welcoming and almost everyone in the company is approachable, which makes settling in much easier. There are overall good employee benefits like private health insurance, reasonable holidays. There are good learning opportunities. I can see it’s a fast-growing company with a strong, forward-moving culture. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to switch companies, especially if you value growth and collaboration. The best part has been the HR team — they’re very responsive and genuinely helpful with any queries, from onboarding onwards.

So far I couldn't see any cons.

A good environment for learning and growth, especially for people interested in agile delivery and software development. Team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work, and there is exposure to modern technologies and diverse client engagements. Flexible working arrangements and a friendly workplace culture are additional positives.
