Pros
This is one of my favorite jobs (hands down) that I have had working for a company. The management style is very hands off and relaxed. The Rochester branch is a small 4 person team and everyone has a distinct role to play including the manager. So there isn't time for any handholding except to get up and running and do the work expected. Unlike agency work, the deadlines are not crushing and the objectives are reasonable. Everyone is an expert in their field and as long as you are as well, there aren't any issues. The compensation is extremely fair and I would say the work / life balance is as good as it can be expected. The work attire is completely relaxed which is a huge plus for me. The drive is a bit of a hike from Rochester but I've been used to it since the first week of work. If you know your work cold, enjoy being treated like an adult, and enjoy less structure and more autonomy, you might like working here as much as I do. The pool table is a nice perk, I hate foosball.

The distance from my house. That's about it.
