For trainee, salary not so high but in comparison with gaining knowledge, it is more then you deserve.

Unfixed and Unstable HR-Polices. Sadly HR has no complete information about management policy. Very poor SDLC structure with lots of rework. Not thinkable politics in poor strength environment. A dishonest scheme in variable of salary. Poor strength of employee. No other activity in firm.
