Pros
The providers and the patients. That's it.

Where to start. Right off the bat the owner was over 30 minutes late to our interview, and was over 45 minutes late to my first day of training, and late to pretty much every meeting or training event we ever had. She does not respect your time or you. After speaking to other former employees, I learned she was also late to all of their interviews as well. I have never been treated worse by "management" (I use quotes here since they have no managing skills) than I was at this job. Inconsistent scheduling, extremely poor communication and management refusing to take ownership of their mistakes are just the first things that come to mind. The two co-owners have no respect for their employees and don't have a single shred of integrity between them. One of the owners would consistently cry during business meetings in the hopes of manipulating you into agreeing with her. The other owner would speak to you maliciously and aggressively and then claim "I am not a bully". If you truly are not a bully, you shouldn't have to explicitly state it. The do-not-compete element of the contract is excessive and uncalled for given the pay and power of a scribe position. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. Get a scribe job literally ANYWHERE else and you will have a better experience. On upwards of 3 occasions the employees WERE NOT PAID. When this was brought up to management, they said we would have to pay a transfer fee ($15-20) of OUR OWN MONEY to have our paychecks direct deposited into our accounts that day (THE DAY WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE PAID). Only after we complained as a group was the fee covered, but it never should have been a question in the first place. As I said, this happened several times, and there was no remorse from the owners simply proving their lack of empathy for their employees. Could not give a worse review for a company in terms of integrity, respect, management skills or professionalism.
