The company is very young. Most employees (apx. 80%) have been there 3 years or less joining the company either straight from college graduation or after 1 job, (they built team back up after pandemic), & most all employees have been promoted within (and up the ladder in a very short period of time). It seems like most promotions happened out of necessity, not because those individuals were overly skilled or developed in their career.
Most individuals in leadership or management roles don't have the right training and this is their first time leading a team. And management styles are vastly different across the teams and departments.
Great at your job? Expect your work load to increase without plans for growth or raises. And delegation is handed out without reasoning or conversation.
