I've never worked anywhere with that much drama. You are viewed as replaceable. They fail to see effort or passion. This could be a successful company but it has such a very negative environment. They sell projects to clients that they can't always produce because it's a cash grab that just ends up stressing everyone out. Problems start at the front end and are just multiplied by the time it gets into production. You're expected to fix mistakes that are made from the get go, but they don't focus on mistakes not being made in the first place. Makes more work for each department down the line. Do not expect to be able to have complaints taken seriously unless it benefits them. They say in their job postings that they provide food and coffee but the most they've ever done is Folgers and then pizza once in a while. Everything else - if there's even a party for anything - is pot luck. There is absolutely no culture here. They have a vending machine but won't even fill it, been empty for over a year. Very very stressful work environment with everyone talking behind your back.
