Toxic culture, especially in regard to certain roles, middle managers tend to be incompetent bullies, every function of HR are completely incompetent, union a waste of time, losing sight of what they are there to do. Far too much infighting between departments and even within teams. Teams don’t have a clue or care what others ones are doing.
