The pay scale was the best, starting out, especially in this economy. Over time, the hourly pay was reduced and commissions were offered in an effort to make up the difference.

Cut-throat sales agents. Will steal your contacts and lie to them about you in an effort to make more sales. Agents are subject to being terminated on a weekly basis (which maybe one reason for people being so cut-throat). High turnover rate.
