Terrible management. No care for participants goals and desire for change or growth in their skills, only care is production. For all supported employees working on packing cutlery the pace and attitude towards them is closer to a sweatshop than a social enterprise. Any concerns raised are suppressed and you are then targeted and abused by the team in production as a result.
