Terrible management. No care for participants goals and desire for change or growth in their skills, only care is production. For all supported employees working on packing cutlery the pace and attitude towards them is closer to a sweatshop than a social enterprise. Any concerns raised are suppressed and you are then targeted and abused by the team in production as a result.

-Supportive, passionate colleagues, many long-term staff genuinely care about their work and clients. -Used to have an excellent workplace culture, very people-focused and collaborative. -Used to be opportunities to grow and learn within the organisation.

-Culture has declined in recent years, particularly with increasing redundancies affecting long term staff. -Leadership decisions often seem driven by cost cutting rather than staff experience or wellbeing. -Disconnect from higher up, down, can make communication and support feel lacking. -Redundancy processes and entitlements can feel unfair, especially for those just shy of milestone thresholds.
