Our team is more than capable of meeting the challenges that lay ahead. This company continues to grow rapidly. We are building a diverse team that produces results that matter for our customers...the company recently invested in a customer experience initiative that is already paying hug dividends; our employee engagement scores are off the charts. Even in a the throws of the pandemic, I never felt "not cared for" or connected...best career decision of my life...incredible flexibility and work life balance - unlimited PTO - and other good benefits.

Because we are growing rapidly, the company sometimes experiences growing pains...but these are to be expected and learned from. While the overall team is pretty diverse, some improvement at the exec team level would be a good goal.
