Increasing lack of support the further complaints get from your role and core team. Increased pressure on staff to hit financial targets that are out of their control. Meetings are regularly scheduled to discuss targets, staff are penalised and threatened to increase financial quotas even when job performance is otherwise excellent. Meetings involve managers shaming staff for their ability in relation to their colleagues successes with only given advice being “try” and “it is possible” rather than concrete solutions.
