Good range of clients. Great team to work with. Everyone seems genuine and likes the work they are doing. Have been winning more pitches as of late. Recent new hires have been a welcomed addition.

Lot of leadership evolution over the past year, but it's stabilized now. High performers, while rewarded, are at capacity. Need to continue investing in great talent.
