Meetings could be more effective

There are people who really do care about you there. Easy to get along with. Good pay. Decent health benefits.

Very limited flexibility. Effectivly no PTO for illness. Mediocre vacation benefits. They dont know what to do with you if you dont want to become a project manager. Seems to operate on a "left hand doesnt know what the right is doing" methodology to insulate the day to day managers from having to be the bad guy, this leads to situations that lets them lie to your face.
