Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's disheartening to hear that you did not feel included in the culture and that your experience did not seem positive. We are always looking for way to improve and take this feedback seriously. We have been very transparent about the layoff that we as company experienced in 2023, it was a hard decision and intentional efforts were made to support those affected. We agree that the average tenure of an employee is telling. Currently that is 1.9 years, we are proud of that number as it continues to grow. Our unlimited PTO is a valued policy, we wish you would of been confident in using it during your tenure as we actively encourage people to take well deserved time off. We recognize 14 company holidays throughout the year. In 2023, our employees averaged 12 PTO approved days taken. We stand behind the policy as employees having on average 26 personal days off in a year is an indicator that people are enjoying the life they work so hard to support.
