Management changes constantly, aswell as employees, with fluctuation rate 80% per year. No flexibility for home working or families. Selling in a very hard competitve environenment with hard to sell more expensive added values. The decision managers are in the USA, they apply US-style management, have a poor knowledge of the européan habits and laws.
