There are tons of great mentors across the business and some incredible people to learn from, so if you are hungry to grow, you will not run out of examples to model.
There is real opportunity to move up if you put in the work. Strong performance and cultural impact are recognized, and there is a clear sense that leadership wants people to progress in their careers here. The office itself is beautiful, with amazing views, and the perks are genuinely strong. Working from home on Thursday and Friday is a real blessing and makes the hybrid setup very livable.
One thing I really appreciate is that you can start in a BDR role even without prior sales experience. ScalePad looks for good people with strong character, not just a specific resume, and then gives you the coaching and support to ramp. The Wednesday social hours are a highlight and a great way to connect with coworkers from different departments in a relaxed setting. As a BDR, targets and activity expectations are demanding, which is great for development but can be challenging if you are not used to a high accountability environment. With so many strong personalities and high performers, it can sometimes feel competitive, though in a way that has mostly pushed me to level up
