The company is extremely generous to its employees. First, they pay 100% of health insurance premiums. Second, they pay generously into health savings account - which the employee can use to pay co-pays or deductibles. Then, in the US, the company pays 25% of the employee's salary into a retirement plan. That's unheard of in the industry. Then, employees are completely flexible to work from home or office - no restrictions. It's tough to find a company that is willing to be more generous towards its employees than Sawtooth Software.
