Upper Management treated customer service manager and other employees poorly. They expect everyone to know everything about everything without even properly training their staff. Very poor training, very poor office communication between co workers, a huge amount of work load for very little pay. They micromanage everything down to thinnest of wires. They don’t care about you until you decide to quit, then they start to freak out and don’t learn from their poorly done management decisions. VERY Toxic work environment. 1-10 would recommend applying for. Three out of the four upper managements that are female are hypocritical towards the CEO. As a female I find this very rude and unprofessional. They bully you and make you feel less than what you are. They make everyone feel less than them more than they realize and love to talk in their offices all day long, however they don’t allow their employees to speak to each other like children in the 4th grade. Unprofessional work place, but had to escape due to the stress and unprofessionalism occurring in the work place.
