- Mediocre pay - Does not encourage work from home - Management & mangers get mad when employees leave / get better opportunities - Micromanagement - Toxic work environment. - Directors and managers are very sarcastic and rude to employees - No job security. You can be fired at anytime - Constant threats to employees. - Dangle the thought of work from home to make employees work - Very high employee turnover - No work-life balance. Managers & Directors will over promise clients and have employees will work very late at time almost all night, on weekends and holidays in order to meet the deadlines - Employees are overworked and underpaid
