Interview will be something and you will be working on something else. No Growth No Work life balance No recognition Need to listen/experience to abusive language/words from an outlying performer in the company whom management also doesn't dare to warn. No process Need to beg for salary approisals

As a company, our job is to provide a good platform, a conducive work environment, great clients and projects. Our employees are our associates not mere staff. At this level where you work on international projects, everyone is responsible for their own work-life balance and maintaining the decorum of the office place. Not always, everything is controlled by management. This is by purpose and design, so that you get a free and casual work environment. There is exchange of ideas and information flows freely. Yes, management has a role to play when the line is crossed, but this is where relative notions and perceptions step in. We believe in participative management. This approach has helped us hire and associate with best in the class engineers and top achievers. In a team of 35 employees, we have an impressive record of more than 10 engineers working with us for 2 to 3 years, 6 engineers have been 5 years with us and 2 engineers are almost 10 years with us. Having said that, listening to critical feedback and acting on it, is very important to us. We sincerely thank our former employee for sharing his feedback. There is a 'key' word called 'Continuous Improvement' - this is in our DNA and this feedback will be used for bringing in improvements in our processes. We will further strengthen our core values of complete transparency and unwavering commitment towards growth of our employees (they are family to us).

HR for namesake, No HR or team building activities. They are doing favour by giving you salary, No extra facilities, but expect all the hardwork from you. Management doesn't trust their employees. No appreciation by word, Work very hard for company, Sacrificing your personal life and time even after that No trust. Facilities only for few(favourism) Not proper hierarchy, higher management interference into all things, all decision are taken by Founder and CEO and hence your supervisor word doesn't mean anything, Even if you are promoted to supervisor, you can't take decision for your team.(that defeats the whole purpose of promotion) You are just a labour, they don't care to turn employee into asset. If you leave they will bring someone cheaper than you. Cost cutting is their best policy.
