Descent salary and pension plan.

Kontras

High turnovers. Even if the company tries to provide an inclusion environment there is still bias from managers. Make sure managers adopts company values specially for those that have grown only in the company and without other experience outside or academic preparation. Human Resources partners should play an impartial role.
